Capnaps R are blue, stronger variations of Capnaps who appear as enemies in Mario & Luigi: Brothership. Capnaps R appear on Bulbfish Island, specifically in the underground area alongside Foopflies.
Battle[edit]
Similar to regular Capnaps, they can drowsily run back and forth towards a Bro. who needs to wake it up or counter it with a hammer before it runs into them. They have a similar move where they charge towards a Bro. where they have to jump to avoid or counter the attack. They can also run at both Mario and Luigi by running into the foreground or background and dashing towards the Bros., where they must jump to avoid or counter their attack. All of these moves are stronger and are performed faster than regular Capnaps. Unlike regular Capnaps, they can also heal allies.
