Pumping Iron is one of WarioWatch's microgames in the Speed Spin stage in WarioWare: Twisted! and one of Wario's microgames found in the Intro Games level of the Twist League in WarioWare Gold.

Gameplay[edit]

The goal is to have the person perform the specified number of bicep curls using two dumbbells. The person starts with their arms extended out to their sides, forming a "T" shape with the rest of their body. Tilting the system clockwise raises the person's right arm (player's left), and tilting the system counter clockwise raises the person's left arm (player's right). Returning the system to neutral lowers the lifted arm. A curl is counted only when the arm angle starts from its base position and reaches its maximum angle upward. When only one curl is left, the arm that performed the second to last curl does not lower to the base position. This means the player must perform the final curl with the other arm. In WarioWare Gold, Wario is the exerciser.

WarioWare: Twisted![edit]

A timer is shown in the upper right that counts down seconds with decimals. It starts off at 6 seconds in the Spindex. If the player beats the game, then 2more seconds are added to the timer.

  • 2nd level difficulty: The player must lift the dumbbells 5 times.
  • 3rd level difficulty: The player must lift the dumbbells 7 times.

  • 1st level difficulty: The player must lift the dumbbells 3 times.
  • 2nd level difficulty: The player must lift the dumbbells 4 times.
  • 3rd level difficulty: The player must lift the dumbbells 5 times.
