Pogobots[1] are enemies in Donkey Kong Country Returns and its Nintendo 3DS and Nintendo Switch ports. They are encountered in the Factory area. Pogobots are Ready-Bot enemies surrounded by electricity constantly, protecting them from direct attacks from Donkey Kong and Diddy Kong. Pogobots continuously move back and forth, as with most other enemies. The Kongs can defeat a Pogobot by throwing a barrel or a BuckBomb at them. Pogobots first appear as a silhouette in the level, Foggy Fumes. In their subsequent level appearances, Pogobots are shown in their entirety.
