Fire Shy Guys are toylike blue Shy Guys in Mario vs. Donkey Kong. They are found in Fire Mountain and Fire Mountain Plus. They move back and forth at the same speed as red Shy Guys, but they also occasionally pause to attack Mario and Mini-Mario with their flamethrowers, which produce a harmful flame in front of the enemy.

In the Nintendo Switch remake, they are redesigned to resemble Snifits with glowing mouth-nozzles.
