Super Mario–related role(s) Current voice actor for Diddy Kong

Katsumi Suzuki (鈴木 勝美, born August 5, 1956) is a Japanese voice actor known for voicing Diddy Kong in the Donkey Kong and Super Mario franchises. Suzuki took the role in 2004, starting with Mario Power Tennis, and replacing Chris Sutherland, who portrayed him in the Rareware era (although Sutherland's voice clips were used alongside Suzuki's in Mario Golf: World Tour).

Suzuki was formerly an employee at Arts Vision along with Takashi Nagasako, Toshihide Tsuchiya, and Nobuyuki Hiyama. Currently, he is an employee at 81 Produce.
