Refresh is a special move in Paper Mario. It is taught by Eldstar, and Mario learns it after he defeats the Koopa Bros. in Chapter 1. The move consumes one Star Power. When used, Mario recovers five HP and five FP. The move also removes status ailments, such as Poison and Tiny.
