Li'l Springies are yellow indestructible ellipse like creatures that have four springs. They are found in Super Mario Galaxy. If the player (Boo Mario) touches one, he or she will be "launched" by the touched spring. Li'l Springies are very rare; there are only four in the entire game, and are found only in Boo's Boneyard Galaxy.

Springs[1] are obstacles in Super Mario Galaxy. These indestructible objects resemble yellowish-brown ovals with a pair of beady eyes and four sprouting springs. Springs appear only in Boo's Boneyard Galaxy, where there are four in total. Springs move from side to side to bounce and delay Boo Mario, thus hindering the passage and giving the Spooky Speedster an advantage during the race.
