There are no yellow-shoed Super Koopas just like there are no blue [[Koopa Paratroopa]]s.

If Mario or Luigi jumps on a Super Koopa with a shining cape, not only will it become a blue cape-less Beach Koopa, but a feather will appear, implying that the Super Koopas are merely Beach Koopas with capes provided by the feather. Jumping on a Super Koopa that doesn't have a shining cape will still make it a blue Beach Koopa, but no feather will appear. Spin Jumps and fireballs will defeat all Super Koopas in a single hit.

Super Koopas with shining capes or yellow capes with blue shoes will run, take off, and fly continuously forward. Super Koopas with yellow capes and red shoes will swoop down when Mario approaches, and then rise back up. A red-caped and green-shoed Super Koopa will behave the same way, except that it is a randomly-generated enemy. The green ones can also be summoned by two whistling Chargin' Chucks in Funky.

There are no yellow-shoed Super Koopas just like there are no blue Koopa Paratroopas.
