Jolene was Mr. Grubba's assistant in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. She worked for Mr. Grubba to find out his evil plots and cover-ups and help Mario and his friends beat Grubba by going under the name of a mysterious person named X. After Mario and co. beat Grubba, she is reunited with her brother, Prince Mush, and takes Grubba's place as the manager of the Glitz Pit.
