The Slow Block.
A Slow Block is an item that appears in Mario Party. It is bought at the Mushroom Shop for 100 coins. It is the opposite of the Speed Block, for when it appeared on a player's turn, he/she can only roll a 1, 2, or 3.
The slow block can be obtained at the Star Bank for a certain amount of stars. (Without purchasing it, the block will not appear in the game.)
Oddly enough, the Slow Block has a 4 on the top of the dice even though it only allows you to roll a 1, 2, or 3.
