World 4 is the fourth world in the game Super Mario Bros. Special, located in the Mushroom Kingdom. It consists of a ground level, an underground level, a level set at the heights on mushrooms, and one castle. It introduces Lakitus and their Spinies, Sidesteppers and Icicles, and contains the game's only Lucky Star.
