The two competitors are seen in front of the drawing paper, with various characters standing on a massive sheet of paper.
The minigame opens with several [[Boo]]s, [[Toad (species)|Toad]]s, or [[Bob-omb]]s on a large sheet of paper.


==Gameplay==
Both players observe the crowd in front of them and choose from three smaller pictures matching the large drawing, as the crowd begins moving off of the paper. The minigame ends the instant a player picks a drawing; if they choose incorrectly, the other player wins. Afterwards, the winner and loser do their respective animations.
Players have to choose between three small pictures the one the matches the larger picture in front of them. The larger drawing is covered by characters that are the same species as the drawing. As time passes, the crowd on the paper decreases in size, allowing players to see better. If one player chooses incorrectly, the other player wins. The picture could be of a [[Boo]], [[Toad]], or [[Bob-omb]]. The minigame ends when one player chooses which of the drawings they believe is correct.

The minigame title is a play on the phrase "cloud cover."
As soon as the minigame is finished, it is revealed whether the player chose correctly. The players then preform their victory and loss animations.

Crowd Cover is a Duel minigame in Mario Party 3.

Overview[edit]

The minigame opens with several Boos, Toads, or Bob-ombs on a large sheet of paper.

Both players observe the crowd in front of them and choose from three smaller pictures matching the large drawing, as the crowd begins moving off of the paper. The minigame ends the instant a player picks a drawing; if they choose incorrectly, the other player wins. Afterwards, the winner and loser do their respective animations.

The minigame title is a play on the phrase "cloud cover."
