Hand, Line and Sinker is a 1-vs-3 minigame in Mario Party 3.
Overview[edit]
The solo player uses the Magic Hand, a glove attached to a fishing rod, to try and catch the three team players, each dressed like fish. If every team player is caught, the solo player wins, but if at least one team player is left at the end, the team wins.
The minigame appears briefly in volume 27 of Super Mario-kun. Mario catches Peach, then Luigi as well as Yoshi, who is biting Luigi. The team players are in fish costumes, consistent with their portrayal in-game.
The minigame title is a play on the phrase "hook, line, and sinker."
