'''Foiled Again!''' is one of the [[microgames]] by [[Mona]] from [[WarioWare: Twisted!]]. In it, the player controls a foil, a type of sword mainly used in a sport called fencing. In a pitch black room, three gray circles will slowly fall on the first dificulty. One quick tilt will instantly slice them. If one were to gently pass through them, they wouldn't get cut. The second stage has four circles slowly falling. After the player presumably chops them, a fifth one will speedily dash to the bottom. The player has to slash this one too. The final stage has a red circle and a gray circle. If one were to cut it, it will explode, ruining the foil and disabling the slicing of the other circle. Instead, it is required to gently pass by the red circle, then slicing at the gray circle without hittting the red one.

Gameplay[edit]

The player controls a foil, a type of sword mainly used in fencing. The game takes place in a pitch-black room. The player must cut the gray circles with sufficient force without cutting any of the red ones. Red circles can be avoided by slowly moving the foil past it. If a red circle is cut, the player is injured and cannot slice any remaining circles.

WarioWare: Twisted![edit]

  • 1st level difficulty: Three gray circles fall slowly.
  • 2nd level difficulty: Five gray circles fall, but one of them falls late.
  • 3rd level difficulty: One red circle and one gray circle will stay still onscreen. The player must slice only the gray circle.

WarioWare Gold[edit]

The game takes place in a forest and the gray circles are replaced with leaves and tomatoes while the red circles are replaced with bombs. A bear named Brown Nose Bear in the lower right will begin clapping if the microgame has been won.

  • 1st level difficulty: Two leaves fall.
  • 2nd level difficulty: Four leaves fall, but one of them falls late.
  • 3rd level difficulty: Two tomatoes and a bomb will stay still onscreen. The player must slice only the tomatoes.
