NCL was impressed with his range and selected him to do various odd voices{{refneeded}}. Isaac Marshall is a former game tester for Nintendo of America who is credited in several games in the Donkey Kong Country series. He also portrayed Toad in the English version of Mario Kart 64 and lent his voice for Tetris Attack.
