Variant of | Mechakoopa |
Flying Mechakoopas[1] are enemies that appear in Super Mario Bros. Wonder. They are improved Mechakoopas developed by Bowser to defeat Mario, but despite their advanced appearance, they use the same windup technology.[1] They fly via a propeller on their underside, with the windup key being moved to the back of their heads. When they spot the player, they attempt to chase them orthogonally, though still exhibit the same behavior as normal Mechakoopas when stomped on. They appear in Deep Magma Bog Flying Battleship and High-Voltage Gauntlet, as well as the playable end credits.
They can also interact with electricity, which causes the player to not be able to touch them without getting hurt.
