Fereydun Robert Armisen (born December 4, 1966 in Hattiesburg, Mississippi) is an American actor, comedian, writer, producer, and musician best known for being a Saturday Night Live cast member from 2002 to 2013, as well as various other television show roles in Portlandia, Documentary Now!, and Big Mouth. He has also portrayed characters in comedy movies including Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy, Baby Mama, and Easy A.

Armisen voices Cranky Kong in The Super Mario Bros. Movie.[1]
