Lady Bow using Outta Sight on Mario in a battle in Gusty Gulch.
Lady Bow performing Outta Sight to protect Mario from incoming attacks

Outta Sight is an attack Lady Bow uses in Paper Mario. This is included initially in Lady Bow's move set, so no leveling up is needed to acquire this move. This move will cost Mario two FP. Outta Sight makes Mario invisible; all enemy attacks will miss. Mario returns to his normal state after a turn passes. However, Bow won’t be able to move on the next turn. This move can be used out of battle to make Mario disappear, which is used on Mario's first visit to Gusty Gulch to avoid Tubba Blubba's attack. It is also needed to avoid Sentinels in Tubba Blubba's Castle. It closely resembles Vivian's Veil from Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door.

The animation that ensues when Mario uses Outta Sight after entering an unwanted battle with Tubba Blubba

While inside Tubba Blubba's Castle, if Mario enters a battle with Tubba Blubba and hides with Outta Sight, Tubba Blubba will become confused before fleeing, effectively ending the battle (the same effect happens when Mario uses Repel Gel).
