Trivia
- In the files for Super Mario 3D Land, Morty Mole is labeled as "Indy", which is the Japanese name for Mega Mole;[2] however, it is unknown if Morty Moles are intended to be redesigned Mega Moles or were merely based on them during development, as the only other connection between the two is a shared Spanish name in Encyclopedia Super Mario Bros.
