Binoculars are winged power-ups that first appear in Yoshi's New Island. Binoculars usually appear in a relatively large area in a specific level, oftentimes being encased by a bubble. When Yoshi bumps into a pair of Binoculars, they allow him to see the whole area at a much smaller size. The player can always exit the view through the Binoculars and come back to the same spot to look through them once again.
