Elliot Harvey Atkin, known as Harvey Atkin (December 18, 1942 – July 17, 2017) was a Canadian actor and voice actor who did work in various films and television series. His first year in performance was 1969. He died on July 17, 2017 at the age of 74 due to brain cancer. [1]

Harvey Atkin was best known for voicing King Koopa in all three of the Mario animated series, but has also voiced several other minor characters, such as Tryclyde and a Snifit in The Super Mario Bros. Super Show! and has had the most work on the show.
