Up & Away is a Special Move taught to Mario by the Star Spirit Kalmar in Paper Mario. Its success rate is determined by the overall strength of the enemies. Up & Away can turn all enemies (except bosses, not including Hallway Bowser and Final Bowser, which have a 0.016% chance of Up, Up and away working on them [1]) into harmless stars that will fly up into the sky, ending the battle. Similar to Lady Bow's Spook, enemies turned into stars don't give Star Points. Up & Away costs two SP.
