Vine Chomps are always located in the ceiling, and they hide in their leaves waiting for a [[Kong]] to approach its vine. Vine Chomps are carnivorous plant enemies first seen in the game Donkey Kong Country Returns. They are blue, medium-sized Chomps that possess vines as their tongues. They only appear in the Forest world, and only appear in a few of the world's vine levels.
