I'll go back to Osaka and sell bananas at a street stall again. Actually, I'm not part of the Kong family. I'm just a merchant in Osaka. But if anything bad happens again, let me know. I'll come right away. Oh yeah, I'll give you my cell phone number. See you later.)”
Uncle Kong, Super Donkey Kong 2 Guide Book

Uncle Kong, also shortened to UK, is a character who exclusively appears in Famitsu's strategy guide for Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest, titled Super Donkey Kong 2 Guide Book. He is a Kong who dons a hat, a red jacket, gray shoes, and a black tie with his initials in red. He also has a mustache similar to that of Bluster Kong.[1] Despite Uncle Kong being known as an uncle, it is unknown whose uncle he is. He uses the Kansai dialect when he speaks.[2]

Uncle Kong's role in the strategy guide is to give various hints to the player in the form of dialogue. At the end of the guide, he reveals that he is not a member of the Kong Family and that he is actually a merchant who sells bananas at a stall in Osaka.[2]
