First appearance Wario Land: Super Mario Land 3 (1994)

Spring-Ups,[1] also known as sun blocks,[2] are blocks with smiling faces that appear rarely in Wario Land: Super Mario Land 3. They bounce Wario upwards massively when stepped on, similarly to Note Blocks.

Spring-Ups first appear in Course No.23 of Stove Canyon, where they lead Wario to the secret exit to Course No.24, and do not show up again until Courses No.39 and No.40 in Syrup Castle, where they are required to progress, as well as access caches of coins.
