Gameplay

WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Microgame$! and WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Party Game$!

In a barber shop, a customer with long hair is sitting on a chair. The player must rapidly press the A Button button to make the barber cut the customer's hair off.

  • 1st level difficulty: Six presses to cut the customer's hair.
  • 2nd level difficulty: Nine presses to cut the customer's hair.
  • 3rd level difficulty: Twelve presses to cut the customer's hair.

WarioWare Gold

The player is shown what the customer's hairstyle must end up looking like, losing if they cut too little or too much. The customer's hair becomes shorter with every four presses. In this version, the player controls a rat named Rodney Snips. This microgame also has twice the time to complete as the original.

  • 1st level difficulty: The customer is a man. The wanted hairstyle is always the same, and requires 8-11 presses.
  • 2nd level difficulty: The customer is a woman. The wanted hairstyle varies, and requires either 12-15 or 16-19 presses.
  • 3rd level difficulty: The customer is a gorilla. The wanted hairstyle varies, and requires either 16-19 or 20-23 presses.
