The Halloween Tour is the eighty-first tour of Mario Kart Tour, which begins on October 19, 2022 and ends on November 1, 2022. It marks the first instance of four tours sharing the same name.

This tour introduces Boo Lake from Mario Kart: Super Circuit making its series debut as a classic course, with the course receiving many changes, and also introduced DS Twilight House as a classic battle course. This tour also marks the debut of the R/T variant of Ghost Valley 2. The Streetle from Mario Kart 8 and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe also returns as a kart in this game, marking the first time any non-Mario-related content (including characters, karts, gliders, or courses) appears in the game, as the Streetle is designed after the beetles from the Animal Crossing series.

The Autumn Celebration event that started in the previous tour continues into this tour. This tour introduces the second set of Autumn Challenges cards, which rewards Captain Toad for completing all challenges on the card, in addition to retaining the Autumn Challenges 1 card from the previous tour. In addition, players can earn a new driver as a reward for placing high in the ranked cups, and they can also earn the newly introduced Red Vampire Flyer.[1]
