Template:MKTTour The Samurai Tour is the sixty-sixth tour of Mario Kart Tour which begins on March 23, 2022 and ends on April 5, 2022. As its name indicates, the tour will add in Mario wearing the Samurai helmet and armor from Super Mario Odyssey as a playable character, as well as introducing Peach in a heart-themed yukata, a pink-colored Shy Guy (Ninja), and Wave 2 of Mii Racing Suits. The tour also introduces many other Japanese-based items like a samurai-themed kart and a glider based on an origami kabuto. Ninja Hideaway also returns as the featured course of the tour. Although this tour will not introduce any new courses—the first to do so since the Space Tour nine tours prior—it will feature the debut of 3DS Wario Shipyard's R/T variant.

This will be the last tour to feature the eighth set of Expert Challenges, which started in the Singapore Tour.
