Mario vs. Luigi Tour (2020)
This article is under construction. Therefore, please excuse its informal appearance while it is being worked on. We hope to have it completed after it gets a "Names in other languages" section.
Template:MKTTour The Mario vs. Luigi Tour is the thirty-first tour of Mario Kart Tour, which began on November 18, 2020 and will end on December 1, 2020. This is the first tour to feature a Team Rally event, in which players select one of two teams at the start of the tour and try to collect as many team tokens scattered throughout the race for their team as they can by using drivers on their team. Once the teams are chosen, they cannot be changed later. The teams for the Mario vs. Luigi Tour are Team Mario and Team Luigi. All of the races in the tour are played in the two teams, with the exception of bonus challenges, races in auto mode, and Coin Rush, in which cases, as with event tokens, team tokens cannot be earned. The team with the most team tokens collected wins in-game items and a badge, as well as the title screen being changed to a picture of the team's leader (Mario or Luigi).
In a similar vein to the Trick Tour, every course within the tour is a Reverse/Trick variant, while Builder Luigi from Super Mario Maker 2 was added as a playable character. The menu's background featured the hills and the block formation from World 1-1 as landmarks for this tour.

In every cup, the driver which the cup is themed about is raised a tier on each track, making them a three- or two-item driver on that course. Up until the Ice Tour, a kart and a glider were also given a bonus for each race in the cup.
