Halloween Tour (2019)
The Halloween Tour was the third tour of Mario Kart Tour that began on October 23, 2019 and ended on November 5, 2019. Reflecting the Halloween theme, Luigi's Mansion from Mario Kart DS returned, while Rosalina in a witch outfit and King Boo in his Luigi's Mansion 3 appearance, in this particular case donning a crown with a purple gem instead of a red one, appeared as the spotlight characters. The tour also introduced a new bonus challenge, Time Trial.

Signature kart sets
In every cup, the driver which the cup is themed about is a three or two star item on that course. The driver, and their specific kart and glider are bumped up one tier. This item sometimes changes between tours.
