Awk
Template:Species-infobox Awks are blue-colored parrot enemies who appear in Donkey Kong Country Returns. They first appeared in the Jungle area of Donkey Kong Island. Awks basically move around from left to right, posing a very little threat to Donkey Kong and Diddy Kong. However, they can quite often be bounced off by the Kongs in order to reach higher platforms and obtain important items such as Coins and Puzzle Pieces. They can be defeated with any attack method.
Awks also have a relative, known as Rawks. Unlike Awks, Rawks are colored red, and are more aggressive. When a Rawk spots any of the playable Kongs, it'll start to run faster, attempting to take them out. However, like with the Awks, Rawks aren't too threatening themselves, since they too can be beaten with any attack method.
While Awks only appear in the Jungle area, Rawks are also found in the Ruins and the Golden Temple. Template:BoxTop
