The Clanky Kart is a High-End kart in Mario Kart Tour. Introduced in the 2020 Trick Tour, it is the signature kart of Builder Toad and Captain Toad. The kart is a bronze-colored vehicle resembling a Mine Cart from Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker with tires that resemble the wheels on a Mine Cart, a big singular headlight, a treasure chest in the back, and an exhaust pipe resembling a pickaxe. The emblem is located on the sides of the kart, and its engine sound is shared with the Badwagon, Jingle Bells, and Koopa King. The Clanky Kart increases the duration of Jump Boost speed boosts and the amount of points earned for performing Jump Boosts.

The Exploration Tour introduces two new variants of the Clanky Kart, the Clackety Kart and the Gold Clanky Kart, both of which are also classified as High-End karts.

  • Mario Kart Tour Twitter: The Clanky Kart may fit more in a mine shaft than on the racetrack, but it's surprisingly speedy when it's not weighed down by any cargo (besides the driver, of course)![1]
