Appears in Mario Kart Tour

The Dark Hop Rod is a High-End kart in Mario Kart Tour. Introduced in the Mario vs. Peach Tour, it is a black variant of the Jade Hop Rod with teal flame-like markings with pink tips, teal eyes, purple lips and rims, blue and purple-striped exhaust pipes, and a gray seat with purple stripes. Unlike the Jade Hop Rod, it uses a dark blue variation of the Pipe Frame's tires. Also unlike the Jade Hop Rod, this kart increases the duration of Mini-Turbo speed boosts and the number of points earned for performing Mini-Turbos.

Availability

The Dark Hop Rod has only appeared in select pipes and is currently not available in the Daily Selects.
