History

Paper Mario: Sticker Star

The Shiny Ice Flower as a sticker

In Paper Mario: Sticker Star, Shiny Ice Flowers appear as stickers, and they can be purchased at the shop in W1-5, Whammino Mountain, for 30 coins. It has a three-star attack power rating. For each enemy present in a battle, Mario will throw an Ice Ball. Like other flower stickers, the player can time A Button button presses as Mario throws the Ice Balls to increase the damage output. If this sticker is used on ice-based enemies such as Snow Spikes, no damage will be dealt or in the case of Mizzter Blizzard, damage will be healed. In addition, fire-based enemies like Fire Bros will take double damage.

In W1-2, Bouquet Gardens, Mario can Paperize and use a Shiny Ice Flower sticker alongside two other flower stickers on the Toad's flower garden to revive it. This causes two copies of each sticker to appear. The Shiny Ice Flower may be placed into the Sticker Museum as #71, alongside the other elemental flowers and POW Blocks. Its description describes it as an attack that hits foes low to the ground with a shiny chill.

Paper Mario: The Origami King

In Paper Mario: The Origami King, Shiny Ice Flowers can be purchased at Toad Town for 720 Coins. In battle, they attack in a straight line, just like its weaker counterpart.
