The Guitar is a Thing in Paper Mario: Sticker Star. It is an electric guitar with a Mario-themed design. It can be found in the Secret Door of W5-6, Rumble Volcano after defeating Petey Piranha and getting the Royal Sticker. The Secret Door outline can be found by riding the platform suspended by lava to the highest section and going left. It remains in Mario's Album until it is turned into a sticker at a Sling-a-Thing station. Once it has been used as a sticker, it returns to its original position. It may also be purchased from the Shady Toad for 270 coins and sold as a sticker for 20 coins.

As a sticker, it takes up 4 squares in Mario's Album. When it is used in battle, the background is replaced by 4 loudspeakers as the guitar lowers into position. When it starts playing, Mario covers his ears while the enemies get affected. More lights turn on and move while the Guitar plays. As it finishes, the loudspeakers explode and release confetti. The enemies get damaged and the scene quickly returns to normal. The player may continuously press A Button while the Guitar plays to increase the damage dealt.

The Guitar can be placed into the Sticker Museum as #16, alongside other Music-based and Water-based Things.
