Description
"ZzZzzZzZzZzzzz..."
First appearance Paper Mario: Sticker Star (2012)
“This thing cannot be a bed, it has some bed-like characteristics, but there's no way--it's too nice. If you slept in that, you'd dream of that exact same bed.”
Sticker Museum plaque, Paper Mario: Sticker Star

The Luxurious Bed (known as Four-Poster Bed in the British English version) is a Thing in Paper Mario: Sticker Star. It is found behind the Secret Door in Long Fall Falls. The Secret Door outline is not found until the very end of the level, to the left of the Comet Piece. Mario is then able to walk in and simply collect the Luxurious Bed. It remains in Mario's Album until it is turned into a Sticker at a Sling-a-Thing station. Once it has been used as a sticker, it returns to its original position. It can also be purchased from the Shady Toad for 210 Coins.

As a sticker, the Luxurious Bed takes up four squares in Mario's album. If used in battle, the scenery changes to a city sunset background, with the Luxurious Bed placed right behind Mario. A lullaby begins to play, and the player must repeatedly press A Button to keep Mario awake. If successful, damage is dealt to the enemies instead.

The Luxurious Bed can also be placed into the Sticker Museum as #52, alongside the other sleep-related Things. Its description states it is so unbelievably comfortable, it is not actually a bed.
