Appears in Mario Kart Tour

The Snow Skimmer is a High-End kart in Mario Kart Tour. Introduced in the Vancouver Tour, it is the signature kart of Wario (Hiker), Builder Mario and Penguin Toad. The kart is a red-colored vehicle resembling a small snowmobile with silver exhaust pipes. It uses the Standard tires from Mario Kart 8 and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. Unlike other karts, all four tires are on the back, similar to a snowmobile's tracks. The emblem is located on the front and the tailfins. The Snow Skimmer increases the duration of Jump Boost speed boosts, while also awarding more bonus points for performing Jump Boosts.

A gold variant of this kart known as the Gold Snow Skimmer appears in the game starting with the Rosalina Tour, and a white variant known as the White Snow Skimmer appears in the game starting from the Penguin Tour.

  • Mario Kart Tour Twitter: Take a look at the Snow Skimmer! This kart is custom-built to conquer snowy hills and valleys, but its flexible design means it's ideal for urban straightaways too.[1]
