Arch Rivals is a 1-vs.-3 minigame appearing in Super Mario Party Jamboree. Its name is a pun on "archrivals."

Introduction[edit]

The rivals all rise up into view, holding their signs before tilting to the left and right in unison. The solo player draws their bow before a countdown starting from the number three commences.

Gameplay[edit]

The solo player is on a moving platform that cannot be controlled. They must use their bow to fire arrows at the rivals' targets to earn points. The rivals can tilt their signs to avoid the solo player's attacks. The edges of the signs are worth 10 points, the middle-edges are worth 20 points, and the centers are worth 30 points. If the solo player reaches 100 points within 30 seconds, they win the minigame; otherwise, the rivals win.

Solo Side[edit]

  • Single Joy-Con Right Button – Shoot arrow

Team Side[edit]

  • Joy-Con (horizontal) – Move target

In-game text[edit]

The solo player fires arrows at the targets while the team side tilts Joy-Con (horizontal) left and right to make them miss. The solo player needs to get 100 points within the time limit to win.
