- Not to be confused with coin bag.
A Moneybag[1] is an item in Super Mario Land 2: 6 Golden Coins. They appear in ? Blocks and give Mario 50 coins when he obtains one.
Moneybags were originally going to appear in New Super Mario Bros. 2 to serve as the icon for the total coin counter, but they were replaced by three coin piles in the final version.
