Time Out is a Special Move taught to Mario in Paper Mario after freeing the Star Spirit Klevar. Similar to the item Stop Watch and the Special Move Clock Out in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, Time Out can immobilize large groups of enemies for a few turns, and if successful, it always does so for one turn more than a Stop Watch. The move costs two SP to use.
