First appearance | Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope (2022) |
Template:Quote2 Electroid is a Spark that appears in Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope. It is first seen in the first Darkmess Tentacle battle in Pristine Peaks, named Icy Breath of Winter. After the battle, Electroid joins the Heroes on their adventure.
Electroid's ability is Shock Attack, which applies the Hero with the Shock Super Effect for their weapon for that turn. Electroid can be upgraded by it feeding Star Bits, which increases the damage for the Hero's weapon, as well as the Shock damage provided. Its passive ability is Shock Protector, which decreases the damage taken from all Super Effects, and makes the Hero resistant to the Shock Super Effect. The passive ability can also be upgraded, which lowers the amount of Super Effect damage taken.
Electroid is a yellow Spark that looks similar to Starburst. Unlike Starburst, Electroid's body is made out of electricity, with some flashes of electricity visible. Electroid's eyes are also glowing, with light blue irises. Its name is a combination of the words "electricity" and "asteroid".
