The Dondon is a bird enemy that appears in Super Mario Land 2: 6 Golden Coins. Dondon slowly swoop down from the top of the screen before flying forward. It appears in the final stage of Tree Zone, Final Boss: The Big Bird, as well as the sole Hippo stage. They are defeated through conventional means: a simple stomp on the head will subdue them.
