Snow Tour

Not to be confused with Ice Tour or Winter Tour.

Template:MKTTour The Snow Tour is the thirty-eighth tour of Mario Kart Tour, which began on February 24, 2021 and will end on March 9, 2021. This tour features the return of DK Summit from Mario Kart Wii as a new classic course, while also introducing Penguin Toad from New Super Mario Bros. Wii as a playable driver in the first week spotlight with Penguin Luigi, and Peach (Wintertime) and Wario (Hiker) making a comeback for the second week spotlight. Starting with this tour, the ranked tier cap was increased to 70, drivers, karts, and gliders can now be increased up to level 7, Normal drivers at level 7 can now get upgraded special skills, and a new Kart Pro event is also introduced in this tour, which challenges players to score three consecutive wins in Standard Races or Gold Races in the Multiplayer mode. The menu’s background features the snowboarding Donkey Kong statue from DK Summit as the landmark of this tour.

The Snow Tour reuses the Shy Guy Cup and Lemmy Cup's bonus challenges from the 2019 Halloween Tour for this tour's Birdo Cup and Hammer Bro Cup (although the 2-star and 3-star requirements for the latter were increased from 12 and 18 to 14 and 19), the Morton Cup's bonus challenge from the 2019 Winter Tour for this tour's Dry Bowser Cup, the Dry Bones Cup's bonus challenge from the Holiday Tour for this tour's Fire Bro Cup (although the 1-star requirement was increased from 200 to 300), the Pauline Cup's challenge from the Ice Tour for this tour's Roy Cup (although the 2-star and 3-star requirements were decreased from 10 and 18 to 9 and 16), and the Luigi Cup and Larry Cup's bonus challenges from the Trick Tour for this tour's Pink Gold Peach Cup and Baby Mario Cup (although the 3-star requirement for the latter was decreased from 38 to 35).
