Template:Species-infobox Eye Beamers[1] are mechanical, eye-like obstacles that appear in Super Mario Galaxy. They appear in the Dreadnought Galaxy mission Infiltrating the Dreadnought and in the Dusty Dune Galaxy mission Blasting Through The Sand. They are indestructible enemies that directly emit laser beams from their eyes, damaging Mario or Luigi if he touches them. The side opposite to their eye is flat, allowing the player to jump on it and use it as a platform. Some Eye Beamers are stationary while others move, which can allow the player to cross gaps. On the planet with the Ocean Small Turtles, they initially appear facing away from the planet, but once the water is raised, they turn towards it.
