Although not necessarily long, the level does feature several doors and rooms, some of which are locked, which can be confusing to the player. The Boss, Bessie Bass, is located in the second locked door, and can be battled once the key is obtained. There is an outdoors section of the level with [[Bullet Bill]]s. There are several indoors parts, each with different enemies. On the outside, it is raining and has lots of pipes and doors. The enemies there are [[Pirate Guy]]s, [[Goonie]]s, and [[Bullet Bill]]s. If the player jumps into the sea, they can see [[Tube Guy]]s and a [[Boss Bass]]. In the first pipe, there are [[Gooey Goon]]s.
