Template:Species-infobox Super Dry Bones are larger versions of Dry Bones found in the games New Super Mario Bros., New Super Mario Bros. Wii, New Super Mario Bros. 2 and New Super Mario Bros. U.

HISTORY

New Super Mario Bros

Super Dry Bones first appear in the first tower of the game where 2 of them strangely got trapped inside the grey blocks so they start being an enemy at the end of World 5 then they continue to have more of them to either aid or hinder Mario. They can only be dismantled by a ground pound and defeated by a star or mega mushroom. Mini Mushrooms don't dismantle them because of their size.

New Super Mario Bros Wii

They appear again in this game as very rare enemies. They appear in World 6 and 7 castles trying to hinder Mario. Their attacks are just walking from platform to platform. You can dismantle them once again apart from mini mushroom. You can also freeze them but soon breaks as soon as you stopped them. They also help you collect star coins.

New Super Mario Bros 2

These enemies appear once again in this game. They are quite common and appears in towers and castles. There is also an exclusive non- boss level World 6-A where there are a few of them. Sometimes they help you get on to the next platform.

New Super Mario Bros U

These enemies once again appear in this game. They appear in towers and castles.

Mario Party 9

Super Dry Bones may be un-dead Gargantua Koopa Troopas, as they are a larger version of an un-dead Koopa. A large Dry bones appeared in Mario Party 9 as the Boo's Horror Castle mid-boss. This may or may not be a Super Dry Bones though, as it was labelled "Dry Bones".

-Super Dry Bones can only be dismantled with a [[Ground Pound]], as [[Fire Flowers]] and the [[Ice Flower]] have no effect. However, after about five seconds, the Super Dry Bones comes back together again. Jumping on a Super Dry Bones will stun it for a second. While stunned the enemy's head will shake and make a 'chattering' noise. [[Mini Mario]] can not dismantle them at all, due to his extremely small size.
