A dungeon-like level with Spinies and lava that is played from an overhead view, as a homage for the 25th anniversary of The Legend of Zelda series.

Star Medals

  • Star Medal 1: When the player reaches the room with the rotating Spikebar, they should take the south path to reach this first medal.
  • Star Medal 2: The player must have a Fire Flower in tow and head to the west path of the rotating Spikebar where the previous Star Medal was found. Lighting the four torches in this room will make a cage holding the Star Medal open, along with the "puzzle solved" sound effect from The Legend of Zelda series.
  • Star Medal 3: Near the end of the level, there will be a long row of spiked cylinders. If the player makes it to the end, they can grab the final medal and exit the level.

Star Medals

  • Star Medal 1: After passing the checkpoint, the first medal can be easily obtained by jumping over the block with the first swinging platform.
  • Star Medal 2: Shortly after the swing platforms, the player should come to an area with Flophoppers and a pole. Climbing up to the top of the pole will take the player to a Rainbow Music Block. Jumpinh on the block will take the player to a Coin Heaven area that contains the second Star Medal.
  • Star Medal 3: After taking the Rainbow Block, the player will find themselves on one final set of moving platforms. They should stay on the left platform while avoiding the hazards, as it will take them to the Star Medal.

World 5-4

Overview

An underground level with Monty Moles, Rocky Wrenches and Mega Moles. Also Warp Pipe cutouts are found here.

Star Medals

  • Star Medal 2: The player should encounter another Monty Mole shortly after the first medal. The pest should be disposed of quickly. Once it has been defeated, the player must wall jump to reach a small opening where the Star Medal lies.
  • Star Medal 3: After passing the checkpoint, the player should fall down the hole. They should then come across three Mega Moles walking along a path. After defeating or avoiding these large moles, the player should roll under another small opening, coming upon yet another Mega Mole.
