Krackas are enemies in the Game Boy Advance version of Donkey Kong Country 3. They are the on-land counterpart to the rope-clinging Klasps, the game's equivalent Kabooms from Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest. They act like Knockas by chasing after Dixie and Kiddy Kong and trying and knocking. Because Krackas wear TNT Barrels, contact with a Kong damages them instead of knocking them back. A Kracka retreats into its TNT Barrel temporarily if jumped on, then resumes a few seconds later to continue chasing the player characters. An inactive Kracka can be picked up and thrown, causing it to roll continuously until hitting an enemy or surface, unlike TNT Barrels. Krackas are encountered in Stormy Seas only.
An unused sprite for Kracka appears in the original version of Donkey Kong Country 3: Dixie Kong's Double Trouble! Krackas were not named in the game itself or its supplementary material. Instead, it originates from an unused text string in the end credits, near Knocka's name.
