Crowded Desktop is one of Kat & Ana's microgames in WarioWare Gold.

Gameplay[edit]

The player must close all the application windows on a computer by using the stylus. Windows are closed in any order by tapping either the red "X" button on the top right corner or the "OK" button on the bottom, which sometimes pops up after attempting to close another window. Unlike most computer operating systems, in this microgame, all windows can be dragged from any part and tapping or dragging a window behind another window does not bring the tapped or dragged window to the front. If time runs out and any windows are still open, the player will lose.

  • 1st level difficulty: The player has to close two windows. The desktop picture is of a fat rabbit sleeping around a bunch of vegetables.
  • 2nd level difficulty: The player has to close three windows. The desktop picture is of a prince and princess in a field.
  • 3rd level difficulty: The player has to close four windows. The desktop picture is of smoke clouds that spell out "S. O. S." coming from an island.
