A Winged Strollin' Stu,[1] also referred to as a winged Goomba,[2] Name Kuri (wings),[3] and Swipin' Stu (Blue)[4] (as opposed to Swipin' Stu (Green)), is a flying variety of Strollin' Stu in Super Mario Sunshine. It looks like a Strollin' Stu with peach-colored skin and a blue bottom. Each Winged Strollin' Stu has a pair of wings that rapidly flutter and lacks feet. When encountered in normal courses, Winged Strollin' Stus idly hover in place. When Mario comes in close proximity, they start to fly towards him. When directly above him, they swoop down, depleting one bar from his life meter upon making contact. As with other members of their species, a simple squirt with FLUDD or a stomp defeats them. In secret courses, they fly back and forth along a fixed trajectory. There is a green variety of Winged Strollin' Stu called a Swipin' Stu that is larger and capable of stealing Mario's cap.

Winged Strollin' Stus are found only on Pinna Park beach during the episode Red Coins of the Pirate Ships and in Hotel Delfino's secret course.
